Depends who will be the controlling company.. Usually merger are crap compared to acquisition.. I mean if the management eh gan.. There won't even need merger in the first place

Likely new entities.. But the bigger party (keppel) will have to offer share exchange and lousier rate.. My guess captain keppel likely to low balling submarines holder at poor rate.. Maybe 1:2?
