For myself my goal is around $700,000 for inner peace, to be comfortable and enjoy what I’m able to once I reach retirement.

    It is indeed, not the Auckland I grew up in! Fortunately I entered the property ladder at a young age, when the market was no where at today’s levels, with a co-worker friend, which gave us an advantage. It was hard going for a number of years but well worth the effort now and with grateful hindsight. Thank you for your kind words. I hope you are enjoying 🇳🇿and it is treating you kind 😊
