Apple $AAPL has fallen to third place in China’s smartphone market in 2024, losing its top position to Vivo and Huawei. According to Canalys, the iPhone maker experienced a 17% decline in shipments throughout the year, including a sharp 25% drop in the fourth quarter, marking Apple’s largest annual sales decline in the region to date. Apple $AAPL fell 4% today, its largest decline since August 2024.
