$SEMBCORP INDUSTRIES LTD(U96.SI)$: Its wholly owned subsidiary and PT PLN Nusantara Renewables on Monday launched a utility-scale integrated solar and energy storage project in Indonesia’s new capital. The project marks Sembcorp’s first venture into large-scale solar development in Indonesia. Shares of Sembcorp ended 0.5 per cent or S$0.03 higher at S$5.66, before the news.
$Hong Lai Huat(CTO.SI)$: It announced, on Jan 20, that it intends to issue and allot Ong Jia Jing, Dylan, 40.5 million new ordinary shares in the capital of the company. The shares will represent 7.82% of the company’s existing share capital and 7.25% of the enlarged share capital.

The Orie Condo at Toa Payoh Sells 86% of Units at Launch with Prices Averaging $2,704 Psf
Leasehold condominium The Orie kick-started 2025’s new launches by selling 668 units – around 86 per cent of the 777 available – over its launch weekend. Units were sold at an average price of $2,704 per square foot (psf).
About 93 per cent of the buyers were Singaporeans, developers City Developments Limited, Frasers Property and Sekisui House said in a joint statement on Jan 19. The remainder comprised permanent residents from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Britain, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, India and South Korea, as well as one American.
Airbus Puts Seletar Aerospace Park Facility up for Sale at S$20 Million Upon Kelley Aerospace’s Exit
Airbus has put an industrial building in Seletar Aerospace Park on the market this month for S$20 million. This comes after tenant Kelley Aerospace vacated the building following a legal dispute over unpaid rent.
Located at 110 Seletar Aerospace View, the three-storey property sits on a 189,338-square-foot (sq ft) plot of land and has direct runway access. It also houses a hangar, simulator halls, ancillary office and 75 car park lots.
The plot has a tenure of 30 years that began on Dec 1, 2009, with a further term of 10 years granted. The purchaser has the option to renew the lease for 20 years when the lease expires on Nov 30, 2049.
