$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ π€π₯π° Nvidia ($NVDA): 45% Off, 100% Dominant, Will You Catch the AI Reversal or Let It Slip? π°π₯π€
I didnβt buy the dip, but Iβm eyeing Nvidia ($NVDA) like a quantum hawk locked on prey. This isnβt a tech tremor, itβs the AI economyβs cash-flow titan trading at fire-sale multiples. As of 8 April 2025, 07:12 AM NZST, $NVDAβs at $96.803, up +2.64% intraday after plunging to $86.696 from a $94.31 close, a 7% overnight gut punch turned rebound. This is no ordinary pullback, itβs a valuation reset on the future.
Valuation: The PEG Playbook
Nvidiaβs PEG is 0.60x, a fundamental beacon. If it hits Street estimates of $138.4B net income by 2027, thatβs a 36.5% CAGR locked and loaded. The maths:
β’ 1x PEG: $208 per share,
β’ 1.5x PEG: $289, a fair crown for the AI king.
This isnβt hype, itβs extrapolation from a cash-generating machine. At a 32x P/E, matching 2022βs $13/share earnings, todayβs Nvidia is a galactic leap forward, priced like a relic. With ~$100B in 2025 free cash flow on deck, this isnβt a memecoin, itβs fiscal bedrock.
Technicals: A Loaded Setup
The chartβs a pressure cooker:
β’ Lower Bollinger Band breached, statistical edge,
β’ RSI oversold, reversion primed,
β’ Island reversal candle, volume-backed, sellers fading,
β’ MACD at -10.19, momentumβs bruised but stirring,
β’ ARBR(26): AR 93.84, BR 71.60, buyers lurking, reversal-aligned.
August 2024 saw a Bollinger bounce (green arrow), todayβs slide (red arrow) flags caution. Historyβs brutal, 55% to 60% of gains wiped in past bears. Technicals say no deviation, yet the $86.696 to $96.803 snapback, amid $SPY ($501.677), $QQQ ($421.743), and $SMH ($183.367) flickers, hints at fight.
The Short Squeeze Trigger
Short interest: 75.06M shares,
Short volume: 60.05M,
Ratio: 11.28%,
Float shorted: 17.35%,
Thatβs a coiled spring. If this holds, the unwind could erupt, no FOMO needed, just mechanics.
Analysts Weigh In
The Streetβs emphatic:
β’ π’ 36% Strong Buy
β’ π’ 56% Buy
β’ π‘ 8% Hold
β’ π΄ 0% Sell
(64 analysts, TradingView, Yahoo Finance)
Targets:
β’ Average: $171.78
β’ High: $235.92
β’ Low: $120.00
β’ Historical upside: +45.22%
Fundamentals: Cash Is King
$100B in 2025 free cash flow isnβt growth, itβs dominance. At $85 overnight (vs. $145 months ago), the market handed you a 45% discount on infrastructure, not speculation. This is Nvidia, one of the worldβs pivotal firms.
Pelosiβs Crew: Elite Solidarity
Retailβs reeling, but the sharp money holds: Pelosiβs portfolio, $NVDA, $PANW ($151.664), $GOOGL ($145.988), $AMZN ($173.843), $CRWD ($322.292), $TEM ($42.508), $VST ($101.184), $AVGO ($152.517), $AAPL ($179.422), is bruised but unbowed. If theyβre in, why arenβt you?
π Levels to Lock
β’ Support: $86.63, tested and held,
β’ Resistance: $114.37, then $138.40, breakout gates,
β’ VMAs: VMA1 $110.07, VMA2 $120.72, VMA3 $129.51, VMA4 $106.61, VMA5 $67.43, mean reversionβs map.
π§ Contrarian Edge
2022 redux? Hardly. AI monetisation, sovereign demand, hyperscaler sprawl, and enterprise lock-in make this infrastructure, not froth. The dipβs a gift, the reversalβs a signal.
β οΈ Risks on Radar
β’ AI saturation by Q3 2025,
β’ Hyperscaler demand lag,
β’ High-beta tech rotation.
The Traderβs Call
At a 45% discount, with PEG dislocation, $100B cash flow, and a short fuse primed, is this a reset, or a once-in-a-cycle entry? $TSLA ($229.208 from $252), $PLTR ($76.277 from $82) dipped too, if you didnβt scalp at 50% off, you missed the heist. $NVDAβs $85 was a steal, $96.803 is still gold.
π’ Stay sharp. Follow for setups that pierce noise, trends that shift tides, and alpha that stacks wins. Iβm relentless, letβs outsmart the game together.
Trade like a boss. Thrive like a titan. Happy trading ahead.Cheers, BC πππππ

certainly it is cheap at the moment. I don't do shares regularly, but think that it is a good entry point... just save a little bit in case that it keeps going down... think that the slingshot will be pulled a little bit further before sending the Angry Bird against those piggies.
I feel like I'm in one of those theme parks rollercoaster π’πππππππ
