$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ $Direxion Daily TSLA Bull 2X Shares(TSLL)$ 🇨🇳🚨 Tesla’s Wild Ride, China’s Fat-Finger Buy or a Shanghai Shake-Up? 🚨⚡🚗

Buckle up, traders, Tesla ($TSLA) is serving up a rollercoaster that’s got everyone talking! My hunch about the Chinese government accidentally hitting the “Buy $TSLA” button while trying to stimulate their own market might just be the spark behind this fireworks show! 🎆🎇 With the Shanghai market trembling and Tesla’s stock zooming, I’ve broken down the chart to see if $TSLA can hold that critical $215,$222 support zone I flagged. Spoiler, it’s a battle worth watching! 🚀

Chart Breakdown, The 5-Day Story (3–9 April 2025)

The 5-day chart for $TSLA paints a dramatic picture. Starting at a high of $250.44 on 3 April, Tesla’s stock took a nosedive, hitting a low of $217.80 by 7 April, a $13% drop in just a few days. But the bulls weren’t done yet. A sharp recovery followed, pushing the price back to $228.36 (pre-market on 9 April), up $2.75% from the previous close of $233.29. Volume tells a story too, a massive $885.2M shares traded over the 5 days, with $171.6M in the last session alone, signalling intense market interest. Pre-market volume is lighter at $971K, but the turnover of $62.14M shares shows the big players are still in the game.

Technical Spotlight, $215,$222 Support Under Fire

I nailed it, that $215,$222 zone is the line in the sand for $TSLA. The chart shows this level acting as a trampoline on 7 April, where the stock bounced hard after touching $217.80. Why does this matter? It’s a confluence of psychological support (near $220) and a technical floor, reinforced by prior price action. The VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) indicator at the bottom of the chart also hovers around $230, suggesting that the average buyer is still in the green, barely. If $TSLA holds above $222, bulls might eye a retest of $240 or even $250. But if it breaks below $215, the next stop could be $201.14 (the chart’s 5-day low), and bears will be popping champagne.

Indicators Deep Dive, Mixed Signals

Here’s what I’m seeing in the indicators on the chart:

   •   VWAP: Sitting at $230, it’s a key level. The price is just below it, hinting at short-term bearish pressure, but the pre-market uptick to $228.36 shows buyers stepping in.

   •   Volume: Spikes on down days (4–7 April) suggest selling pressure, but the uptick on 8 April with $9.26M shares traded shows buyers fighting back.

   •   KDJ: This momentum indicator (similar to Stochastic) isn’t fully visible, but if the K and D lines are converging near oversold levels (below $20), it could signal a potential reversal.

   •   MACD: The MACD line (blue) is below the signal line (orange) and trending downward, with a negative histogram. This screams bearish momentum, but the narrowing gap hints at a possible crossover soon, I’ll keep an eye on it!

   •   RSI: At $40.45B (likely a display error, I’m assuming it’s $40.45), the Relative Strength Index is in neutral territory. It’s not oversold yet, so there’s room for more downside before a bounce becomes likely.

🇨🇳 🇨🇳 🇨🇳 China’s Role, Shanghai Shakes, Tesla Takes

My comment about the Chinese government’s potential “fat-finger” buy might sound cheeky, but it’s not far-fetched! Tesla’s Gigafactory Shanghai is a powerhouse, reportedly delivering over $200,000 vehicles in Q3 2023 alone, a record high. China’s EV subsidies and infrastructure push are rocket fuel for Tesla, but the Shanghai Composite has been shaky lately (down $10.41% on the chart’s right axis). If Beijing’s market stimulus inadvertently boosted $TSLA, it’s a happy accident for Elon Musk. The $17.66% gain in $TSLA’s chart (right axis) compared to Shanghai’s $3.62% uptick shows Tesla is outpacing the broader market by a mile.

The Bigger Picture, Volatility Is King

With a 5-day range of $217.80 to $250.44, $TSLA is a volatility beast. The bid,ask spread ($227.80,$228.36) is tight, but the pre-market gain of $2.75% suggests momentum is shifting. My call on $215,$222 holding as support is spot-on so far, but the MACD’s bearish tilt and RSI’s neutral stance mean this could go either way. If China’s market jitters continue, I’m expecting more wild swings, Shanghai’s shaking, but Tesla’s taking the spotlight.

Actionable Take, Strap In for the Ride!

Here’s my play, $TSLA is at a crossroads. If it defends $215,$222, bulls could drive it back to $240 or higher, especially with China’s EV tailwinds. But if it cracks below $215, bears might take control, targeting $200. I’ll be watching the MACD for a bullish crossover and the RSI for oversold conditions (below $30) as potential buy signals. For now, the pre-market pop to $228.36 is a good sign, but this stock’s a wild card. I’m keeping my seatbelt on, this ride’s just getting started! 🚗⚡
