Airbnb Co-Founder Gebbia Buys $1.02M in Tesla After 5-Year Insider Hiatus

BREAKING: $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ board member Joe Gebbia (co-founder of $Airbnb, Inc.(ABNB)$ ) has purchased $1.02 million of $TSLA stock, the first time an insider has purchased $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ stock in ~5 years.

According to public disclosure information from the SEC, Gebbia made the purchase on April 24th, buying at a price close to $256.30 per share, for a total of 4,000 shares.

Judging from the stock price trend, after Gebbia's purchase, $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ stock nearly rose by 10% over the next two trading days. This bottom-fishing buy was indeed precise.

In terms of technical charts, $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ 's stock price is currently just two days past breaking out of a downtrend, and there may be a chance for a short-term rebound.

  • Investors should closely monitor whether the stock price can continue to rise and break through key resistance levels, such as holding above the MA50 and moving above the MA120.
