SATS' wholly-owned subsidiary Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) announced the opening of its US$270 million ($354.63 million) cargo terminal at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport, the first new cargo terminal in 30 years.
WFS, which is the operator of the terminal, constructed the facility in partnership with Realterm and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The build began construction in 2021
