$SMIC(00981)$ just added more to my position! Honestly, I’m betting that China’s going to break through in advanced chip manufacturing in the next few years. As the world’s second-largest economy, it needs its own version of $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ , and SMIC is the best shot we’ve got. Valuation’s still reasonable, and the long-term upside? Massive. Just gotta be patient and stay in the game.
