$HSAI 20250620 17.5 CALL$ Nothing to see here. Another call option trial. Is this plain dumb luck? I would continue to believe so until I can finally establish some sort of consistency.
What attracted me to this company? Hesai, a relatively unknown China based company. I found it while doing research on $Mobileye Global Inc.(MBLY)$
Why $Hesai Group(HSAI)$ then? At only US$2.5Bn market cap company... has started to make money! Although, still at FY loss, it had reported a first quarterly profit. With Chinese EVs leading the way and Helsai continued to win LiDAR deals with these EVs, it's future is promising indeed!
Anyway, it's early days (day 1) for this round of calls option. At least, it's off to a good start. Having said that, I won't celebrate given the current great uncertainty at play. I have my first perfect timing calls trade just last week. Will this be my 2nd?
Another important reason why this trade was picked for the trial is its setup. If you look at the 2nd chart, the bottom red line and the middle green line. The red is the bottom of a... Cup... There's this tiny nose on the right of the chart, which happens to be like a handle to the cup. Yup, I am going for a cup and handle setup here. The target price is at the top there of the same chart, the purple line. Got it? It's ambitious but it sits around $27! So, who knows what I will get? As I noted also a resistance line near $24... Finally, a backward sliding dotted line is my protection line. If the price drops below that purple sliding line (another resistance), I will cut loss and run... Yup, you see this right? Cut loss rather than taking profit! So there is no certainty yet I will win this trade.
Just to share... Rather to boast about the trade. I am learning to master calls... Which appears more luck than anything... Or is it? [Tongue] [Cool] [Chuckle] [Evil] We will see... Only time will tell...
