But this time, the one who is really cramped into the corner is Elon Musk. And by association, Tesla.

Not only were the green credits and tax breaks crucial to Tesla’s cash and profit, the goodwill of the US government is everything for Elon Musk’s stated white hope, the Robots and Full-Self Drives/Robotaxi.

And Elon did himself when he threw in the support of Trump. He made enemies if pretty much the non-Republican MAGA world. He alone started the global boycott of Tesla.

This is going really bad for him and Tesla.
