Currently, Bezos still holds over 900 million shares of Amazon stock, valued at nearly $200 billion.
This latest stock sale came shortly after his high-profile, $50 million wedding in Venice with Lauren Sánchez. The star-studded guest list included Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, several members of the Kardashian family, and Leonardo DiCaprio.
Bezos remains Amazon’s largest shareholder and also serves as the company’s Executive Chairman.
