When I review the 1-Month RS % rankings and see setups forming in the lower-ranked names like NFLX, RDDT, TEM, APP, and AAPL — especially while so many stronger names have already been rallying for days or even weeks off their bases — I’ll typically pass on those opportunities. My priority is always RS > Setup. These laggard setups are only likely to work if they avoid pulling back and show resilience in their price structure while the leading names start to show signs of weakness. At best, they will only qualify my stalk list right now.
Note: I have added TEM with its $Tradr 2X Long TEM Daily ETF(TEMT)$ ADR 11% into the list. TEM is now trading at almost 10% average dollar volume of its market cap.
