$AML3D LTD(AL3.AU)$ I was hoping to share some other winnings, alas some corrections set in between Friday and yesterday for some of my counters. I was so close to another different big winner in tiger 🐯. The market just left a message, it gives when it chose to; it takes when it needs to. 

Back to $AML3D LTD(AL3.AU)$ , we can see from the primary chart, a recent high of $0.34 was hit before correction sets in. RSI indicators in the secondary chart tells a similar story of the necessity of correction.  At least, now it is no longer overbought.

Between last week's sharing and today, AML3D has announced a new contract win with $AUSTAL LTD(ASB.AU)$ USA unit worth A$1.2M. It is not a major win, however it signals a start of more tidings to come. Austal USA is after all a US shipbuilder, contracted to build warships for US Marines. This has provided proof of real monetary deals attached to the LOI given by the US Navy 3 weeks ago.

Between now to the "flood" of contract wins from US Navy and its contractors, the share price is likely to see some kind of corrections and/or consolidation, as I had pointed out in my last week's article. As I had mentioned, I will be sitting on the side waiting and watching. Once the price looks reasonable and should price actions be favourable again, I won't hesitate to add to my already substantial position.

Yes, it might be true that the price has run up substantially, but let's look at this company and its market cap objectively. Its market cap is A$162.5M as of today's closing. I repeat... A$162.5M. What does it mean in US term? Less than US$110M? Amicro-cap in US Stock market's language for a US Navy manufacturing collaborator and supplier. Not sub-contractor, rather a main contractor in the making.

I have not thrown in US aerospace, missile program and other interesting programs mentioned in the LOI in the above discussion. Oh yeah! Not forgetting its new deal with UK BAE Systems and potential in oil and gas sector. A$162.5M market cap for all these combined. Yes, most are potential deals... But the US Aerospace and Navy awards are just a matter of 'when' rather than 'if'. It is also about the 'how much' than anything else. 

This is not a speculative smallish company, rather a future mid-size defence to defence giant in the making if the company plays its cards right. From recent evidence of corporate appointments and dealings, it appears that the company bosses know what they are doing.
