📊 Adjusted EPS: $3.49 (+19%) — beat expectations

💵 Free Cash Flow: $732M (+59%)

Both the Risk Capital and Human Capital segments showed strong momentum. Management reaffirmed their full-year outlook, highlighting continued demand for Aon’s advisory and risk solutions.

Margin expansion + cash flow strength = a very solid quarter.
