$CapLand China T(AU8U.SI)$ massively overvalued though technically, Short, nedium and long term charts are highly bullish. Earnings has been in the red since Covid and recently the pe ratio remains above 1700 times earnings! Dividends are paid but not off earnings, and isn't attractive compared to other reits. Still, share price looks likely to rise further though i remain sceptical of its fundamentals.
