$Beyond Meat, Inc.(BYND)$ Bill Gates just made another move, this time into artificial butter.
A California startup called Savor claims it can recreate real butter using just water, air, and a few additives, with plans to hit supermarkets by 2027.
Gates tried it himself, was impressed, and decided to invest. Clean tech, sustainability, and long-term potential — hard not to keep an eye on this one. Small move, big vision.
