Trading Ideas: 6850-60 Reload Zone
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!
1.
$S&P 500(.SPX)$ YEAH, that is what I was talking about.
50+ point lower after last tweet.
Reloaded.
If 6790 is lost, then watch out below.
A fast 100-point mini-crash would be normal.

2.
6850-60 reload zone:
(1) a short-term over-sold rebound created a better entry for mid-term short positions.
(2) it would be better if SPX retouch 6850-60 zone for a final squeeze--SMA50 line and 61.8% retrace.
(3) the leg down will be resumed soon and fast.

3.
Trading LARGE Gaps: $S&P 500(.SPX)$
(1) I categorize large gaps into three groups, Gap & Go; Gap & Crap; Gap & Flat--large gap refers to those opens 1% over or below previous close.
(2) a fast decision within first 5 minutes of market open will determine whether you may catch a big fish--EVEN without any position at the open.
(3) I have reviewed the different patterns & models in MPW TEACT Model Edu Center--the following segment is from Jan. 18th 2025, which I detailed what is the best strategy to trade large gaps.
(4) if without any surprise, SPX may open with a LARGE GAP down, dropping more than 1% at the open--this will be a great spot to practice these strategies.
