$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ My favourite stock is getting interesting.  I am monitoring closely as it dip . Just to share some updates on PLTR.

As of April 11, 2026, Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR) is experiencing significant stock volatility, marked by a sharp, multi-day sell-off driven by increasing competition fears, partially offset by a public endorsement from President Trump.

Stock Pressure: PLTR shares saw a steep decline, falling nearly 17% over three days following increased competition fears and criticism from "Big Short" investor Michael Burry.

Trump Support: On April 10, 2026, Donald Trump expressed approval of Palantir, citing the company's strong track record in aiding the US military. This praise helped mitigate some losses. (His close kakis surely have interest in some forms [Sly]   ).

Anthropic Competition: Market sentiment has been negatively impacted by the rise of AI firm Anthropic, with Michael Burry suggesting that "Anthropic is eating Palantir's lunch".

Analyst Defense: Despite the plunge, Wedbush analyst Dan Ives described the bearish sentiment as a "fairytale," maintaining an Outperform rating and highlighting continued strong growth in U.S. commercial and government sectors.

Stellantis Partnership: In late March 2026, Palantir announced the renewal and expansion of its partnership with Stellantis for an additional five years.

Key Concerns & Analysis

High Valuation: Analysts warn that Palantir is "priced for perfection," with a high price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio exceeding 200x, making it susceptible to volatility.

Insider Selling: Significant insider selling (over $432 million) has been noted over the past three months, according to reports.

Growth Outlook: Despite competitive pressures, the company continues to see high growth, with Q4 2025 U.S. commercial revenue growing by 137% year-over-year.

Bain & Company: Expanded partnership to provide AI transformation capabilities.

GE Aerospace: Expanded partnership for military aircraft readiness.

NVIDIA: Partnered to deliver a Sovereign AI Operating System.

Modernizing Defense: Continued focus on "Warp Speed" initiatives to boost U.S. manufacturing and defense readiness . (Smart manufacturing).

Top Individual Shareholders: Management holds significant stakes, with Alex Karp (CEO) at 12.79%, Peter Thiel (Co-founder) at 7.00%, and Stephen Andrew Cohen (Co-founder) at 1.32%.

Major Institutional Investors

Vanguard is the largest institutional holder at 9.46%, followed by BlackRock at 5.62%. Other Stakeholders: Danny Garcia (Founder & CEO of Garcia Capital) is highlighted with 12.8%, while other institutional investors like State Street and Renaissance Technologies hold smaller percentages.  I used to be a micro fraction of "Others" in the Infographic. [Tongue]  It was an exhilarating & memorable ride. Looking forward for the reunion.[Salute]
