AI Chains: ARM, AAPL, NVDA& MU
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!
1
$ARM Holdings(ARM)$ is up ~4% overnight to a new all-time high.
I own a position in the family portfolio because I think the market is still underpricing the CPU bottleneck as AI shifts toward agents executing real tasks.
Arm gives me exposure to the efficient CPU architecture already inside $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ Grace, $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Graviton, $Apple(AAPL)$ M-series, $Qualcomm(QCOM)$ data center chips & now its own AGI CPU with $META as launch customer.
2. $Apple(AAPL)$ CEO John Ternus told employees Apple is doubling down on Services saying there is “so much more opportunity” across segment.
He pointed to Apple Pay, Music, Podcasts & TV as proof that Apple’s real power is tying hardware, software & services into one recurring ecosystem.
3
The ChatGPT moment didn’t just re-rate $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ but transformed them into the infrastructure layer of the new AI economy that every company had to pay for before they could participate in it.
The data center business has compounded at a ~160% CAGR over 3 years and the largest industrial buildout in human history is still early.
4
$Micron Technology(MU)$ will generate ~$364M in profits every single day in 2027.
Every $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ GPU is only as fast as the memory bandwidth feeding it and Micron is one of only three companies on earth making the HBM layer that keeps Blackwell-class AI systems fully utilized.
