$Alphabet(GOOG)$  I've been thinking about how AI could actually help someone like me, a 78-year-old dealing with a lot of medical issues. Google has already sorted out quite a few of my medical dilemmas. Not everyone has easy access to a major medical center, and I happen to be in a rural area. My five different specialists are spread out roughly 75 miles in every direction, and each one seems to know only a small piece of what the others know — emphasis on very little. Coordinating care used to involve doctors calling each other, but that's faded as specialists have moved, retired, or been absorbed into large hospital groups. Younger doctors often don't study the specific expertise my conditions require. I have the best health insurance money can buy, and honestly, that hasn't really mattered.
