Endeavour Group reports sales of $12.21B in FY26

Endeavour Group (ASX:EDV) reported total sales of $12.21 billion for the 2026 financial year, up 1.3% year-on-year.

Group underlying profit after tax fell 14.8% to $363 million, down from $426 million in the previous year.

Retail earnings before interest and tax dropped to $464 million, down from $563 million in the prior period.

The company stated that it expects to recognise $372 million in pre-tax significant items from its strategy review.

"Following the reset of our asset base and simplification of our portfolio, we are now well placed to focus our capital and resources on maximising the value of our core,” said Endeavour Group Managing Director and CEO Jayne Hrdlicka.

Hotel segment sales grew 4.2% to $2.20 billion from $2.11 billion.

Following the announcement, the Endeavour Group share price was unchanged at $3.48.

Non-cash asset write-downs and portfolio rationalisations accounted for $274 million of total pre-tax significant item expenses.
