High market uptake of the new DAYBUE STIX powder formulation drove volume growth in the United States.
Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX:NEU) reported record second-quarter DAYBUE net sales of US$125 million through partner Acadia Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ACAD).
The total represents a 30 per cent increase from the same period last year, driven entirely by sales volume.
“We are pleased to see an exceptional quarter for DAYBUE,” said Neuren Pharmaceuticals CEO Jon Pilcher.
Acadia stated full-year DAYBUE sales guidance increased to US$53–56 million.
Following the announcement, the Neuren Pharmaceuticals share price was up at $21.62.
The company noted that 40% of all United States DAYBUE patients transitioned to the STIX powder formulation.
Acadia stated that European expansion remains on track with a potential German launch anticipated in late 2026.
