Institutional ownership has been building, with reported institutional holdings now around 150M+ shares depending on the filing set. That's a pretty big number.
What caught my attention is the timing. While retail sentiment has clearly taken a hit during this sell-off, institutions have continued showing meaningful ownership.
Does that mean they know something we don't? Maybe, maybe not. 13F data is delayed, so I wouldn't treat it as a real-time buy signal. But it's definitely interesting when the bigger money keeps its exposure while the chart gets shaken out.
I'm watching the next move carefully.
