Following the financial report, the company share price moved lower during the trading session.

Management attributed the financial performance to consistent yield growth across Asia-Pacific markets and investments in platform technology.
SEEK (ASX:SEK) reported sales revenue of $1.28 billion alongside a statutory net loss of $307 million for the 2026 fiscal year.
The employment marketplace operator achieved net revenue despite a softer volume environment compared with the previous financial year.
Net revenue was up 10% at $1.20 billion, driven by 18% paid ad yield growth across APAC, while EBITDA reached $530 million. Operating expenses were up 6%, and capital expenditure was up 17%.
“We recorded our sixth consecutive year of double-digit yield growth, ensuring that revenue growth again outpaced cost growth to deliver a fourth consecutive half of operating leverage, despite a slightly weaker volume environment,” said SEEK CEO and Managing Director Ian Narev.
ANZ revenue increased by 12%. Job ad yield grew 14% compared to FY25. Asia's revenue increased by 3%, up 5% on a constant currency basis.
The business recorded an adjusted profit of $199 million and increased its total dividend payout to a fully franked rate of 52 cents per share, declaring a final dividend of 25 cents per share.
The final dividend is payable on Oct. 1 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 3.
The company stated that ongoing investments in platform unification and artificial intelligence capabilities are expected to support medium-term operational goals.
Following the announcement, the SEEK share price was down at $13.74.
The firm operates digital recruitment platforms across Australia, New Zealand, and several Asian markets.
