Kelly Partners Group (ASX:KPG) announced that its full year 2026 revenue increased 18.2% to $159.2 million compared to $134.6 million in the prior year.

Underlying NPATA attributable to the parent grew 18.9% to $10.8 million. It logged a higher group net debt of $70.7 million because of new borrowings for FY26 in year acquisitions, fit-outs and buy-ins of new and existing partners.

The accounting firm grew faster than its historical performance while expanding operations across Australia, Hong Kong, the USA, Ireland, and the Philippines.

US operations contributed approximately $25 million to total revenue, representing about 15% of the group's overall income for the period.

The company stated that it intends to continue scaling its global footprint and partner network to support private business owners.

Following the announcement, the Kelly Partners Group share price was unchanged at $4.21.

The global team currently consists of 711 members, including 105 partners managing client services across multiple international jurisdictions.
