Strong Buy Alert: Memory and NAND

$Micron Technology(MU)$  $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$  $Roundhill Memory ETF(DRAM)$  $SK hynix(SKHY)$  Memory and NAND names are gearing up for their next leg up, offering a great risk-to-reward entry point here. $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ 's revenue forecast of 70% YoY growth for FY28 (calendar year 2027) confirms AI hardware demand is inflecting, and management explicitly called out rising memory pricing as a key reason for their gross margin decline. When Nvidia is forced to pay up for memory to build out AI servers, it proves suppliers like $Micron Technology(MU)$ , $SK hynix(SKHY)$ , and $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$  hold all the pricing power.

Nvidia's earnings report proved that this isn't a short-lived memory cycle. Producing high-bandwidth memory (HBM) takes roughly 3x the wafer capacity of standard DDR5 DRAM, which is eating up global DRAM supply and triggering a parallel squeeze in NAND flash for SNDK. Price hikes are now forecast to last significantly longer than the market anticipated.

With enterprise AI deployments scaling rapidly, memory has become the primary physical bottleneck for high-performance compute. As hyperscalers scramble to secure supply, this structural shortage creates a massive runway that could easily keep this memory up-cycle rolling until 2030.
