From Knowledge Hub to Organizational Intelligence: How YXT and Anhui Transportation Holding Group Are Building Intelligent Productivity

Powered by YXT.com Group Holding Limited’s ( $云学堂(YXT)$ ) Intelligent Talent Development Platform, Anhui Transportation Holding Group, a major state-owned enterprise in Anhui Province, China, is gradually building a digital knowledge hub that connects group-wide knowledge, talent and business operations. Through YXT’s platform, the group continues to bring together internal courses, case studies, livestreams, book resources and frontline practices, while using knowledge operations and AI application innovation to capture, share and reuse experience that was previously scattered across the organization.

Behind this shift is a broader transition in digital transformation for large organizations: moving beyond the construction of information systems toward building infrastructure that can continuously accumulate and unlock the value of organizational knowledge.

From “Storing Knowledge” to “Continuously Producing Knowledge”

For large state-owned enterprises with diversified businesses and complex organizational structures, what is truly scarce is often not knowledge itself, but the practical experience dispersed across departments, business units and frontline employees.

The Talent Development Institute, or Party School, of Anhui Transportation Holding Group has positioned its online learning platform as a knowledge hub that supports group strategy and empowers business operations. Built on YXT’s Intelligent Talent Development Platform, the group has continuously aggregated diverse content, including Tongda livestream sessions, Tongda case collections, Tongda book resources, internal trainer courses and micro-course competition entries, gradually forming a resource pool that combines internal experience with external knowledge.

Through a variety of experience-extraction activities, the group encourages frontline teams to summarize practical methods and share role-based experience, turning tacit knowledge that once existed within individuals and teams into knowledge assets that can be shared across the organization.

As a result, employees’ roles are also changing. They are moving from being recipients of knowledge to becoming producers of knowledge, creating a new organizational cycle: business practice generates experience, experience is captured as knowledge, and knowledge returns to business scenarios for continuous validation.

This means the value of a digital platform is no longer limited to enabling employees to learn online. More importantly, it helps the organization build the ability to continuously produce and accumulate knowledge.

AI Moves Knowledge from “Asset” to “Productivity”

If knowledge accumulation addresses the question of “what the organization knows,” AI further addresses the question of “how that knowledge can be accessed and used more efficiently.”

As the platform continues to operate, Anhui Transportation Holding Group is exploring the use of intelligent capabilities to match content with different roles and employee needs, shifting knowledge delivery from one-size-fits-all distribution to more precise and targeted access. At the same time, the group is using learning behavior and content operation data to continuously optimize knowledge resources, bringing knowledge closer to real work scenarios.

Meanwhile, the group’s AI agent innovation competition is helping turn AI from a “learning subject” into a “business tool.” Focused on “AI Plus” and the group’s digital transformation, the competition encourages employees to explore the application of AI agents in real business scenarios, accelerating the shift of AI from concept to practice.

This reflects another important organizational capability: enabling employees not only to use AI, but also to integrate AI with their own business work and further turn practical outcomes into organizational experience. A new cycle is beginning to form between knowledge production and AI application.

From Knowledge Hub to Organizational Intelligence

Anhui Transportation Holding Group’s practice is not simply about adding AI features to a learning platform. It represents an evolutionary path for digital transformation in large organizations.

In the first stage, enterprises need to bring together scattered knowledge and experience. In the second stage, they need to make that knowledge easier to discover, access and reuse. Going further, AI needs to participate in role-based work and business processes, so that organizational knowledge can truly be transformed into productivity.

This is also aligned with YXT.com Group Holding Limited’s ongoing “intelligent productivity” strategy. YXT believes that the core of enterprise intelligent productivity is not simply deploying AI tools, but deeply integrating enterprise knowledge, role-based capabilities and business processes with AI, helping organizations move from experience-driven operations toward intelligence-driven operations.

From this perspective, the value of the platform is also moving beyond that of a traditional learning platform. It is becoming an important digital infrastructure that connects knowledge accumulation, talent development, AI applications and organizational capability building.

From knowledge accumulation to organizational intelligence, this is where enterprise intelligent productivity truly begins to take shape.

The frontline angle matters more here: AI search, role-based copilots, and reusable playbooks can cut ramp time hard. Long term this looks sticky, short term the multiple probably knows some of it already

Big SOE case studies sound nice, but I care more about how much revenue this actually moves and whether it scales beyond a few flagship clients
