Trump Says Stocks Will Go Up, His Own Picks Tell a Different Story

President Trump is once again talking up the market, saying:

“The stock market will go up.”

But look at the stocks he owns.

According to his quarterly disclosures, these 10 names are among his reported holdings:

📉 $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ — bought 9 times since January, up to $680K

📉 $Axon Enterprise, Inc.(AXON)$ — bought Feb. 10, $1M–$5M

📉 $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ — bought in January ($500K–$1M) and Feb. 10 ($1M–$5M)

📉 $Microsoft(MSFT)$ — bought in February, $1M–$5M

📉 $Oracle(ORCL)$ — bought in February, $1M–$5M

📉 $ServiceNow(NOW)$ — bought in February, $1M–$5M

📉 $Workday(WDAY)$ — bought in February, $1M–$5M

📉 $Intel(INTC)$ — bought in Q1, $500K–$1M

📉 $Micron Technology(MU)$ — bought in Q1, $500K–$1M

📉 $Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ — bought in Q1, $500K–$1M

These positions come directly from his quarterly disclosures.

And that makes the broader message pretty interesting.

Trump is publicly pushing for a stronger stock market, while his own disclosed portfolio includes a long list of major tech, AI and semiconductor names that are currently under pressure.

With the midterms approaching, there is another reason to watch the market closely.

If Trump wants stocks higher, he certainly has plenty of skin in the game. 👀📈
