NVIDIA isn't putting an IonQ machine beside some ordinary server. It has chosen IonQ's Superion 256 QPU to be coupled to NVIDIA's GB200 NVL72, one of its flagship rack-scale AI/HPC systems, described by NVIDIA as an "exascale computer in a single rack."
I think NVIDIA takes an equity or strategic stake in IonQ.
