1️⃣ Why am I making this trade now?
Oracle is the bridge between traditional companies and the cloud. It provides the infrastructure needed for them to make the transition to cloud. Although a lot of people liked to place a bear thesis that oracle is too concentrated with openai but if openai can't meet the obligations, oracle will just switch to another client immediately as the infrastructure build out is there. Also, the likes of neoclouds such as clsk, iren and cifr will definitely feel the brunt if any negative news were to hit orcl. Also, being a massive cloud infrastructure company, the stock hasn't moved much compared to the neoclouds or its peers such as meta and goog.
2️⃣ What’s my plan from here?
I plan to establish a core position in orcl and trade the rest around the range of 150-200. I will be buying aggressively in the range of 100-140 and dca down from there.
