Why am I making this trade now?
Im holding $MCD despite the recent weakness because Im focused on the companys longer-term growth plans rather than short-term price movements. McDonalds recently announced its NEXT strategy, targeting market-share gains in chicken and beverages while aiming to improve restaurant efficiency and expand operating margins by 2030.
Whats my plan from here?
I plan to continue holding while monitoring sales growth, margins and progress on the NEXT strategy. Ill reassess my position if future results show that growth or profitability is consistently falling short of the companys targets. For now, Im comfortable giving the investment more time to develop.
