Meta knows what consumers are interested in; PayPal knows what they actually purchase. In an agentic-commerce world, combining intent, advertising, AI agents, payments and transaction data could create a powerful closed-loop commerce ecosystem. Wall Street will love this acquisition. A $100 billion price tag will get this done.
