1. What I did right?
The bulk of gains still came from semicond AI HPC/connectivity stocks and QQQ — my most familiar arena. MRVL alone contributed 40% of total P&L.
INTC was a new name added to watchlist starting August. I sold some ATM options but didn't get filled to establish a position.
Sell put remains my highest-conviction strategy and accounted for 94% of option P&L.

Walmart was a pleasant surprise with its first large win. It came from correct directional judgement, patience waiting for setup and picking the right option contract. Still need more observations to tell whether it was edge or luck.
2. What I did wrong (mistakes or practice shifts)?
For the month's largest losing trade on NVO: not much to say. It was a delta 0.2 cash-secured put; pure bad luck from overnight gap-down.
The Russell 2000 ETF long equity position deserves reflection. While market movement contributed, I failed to set a proper stop-loss.

3. What I can improve?
Two recent covered calls were poorly sized. NVDA got called away at 210, and my Marvell 20261009 260 call is likely to be assigned. The positions may still net small gains, but pricing rules and setup criteria need refinement.
YTD short call win rate:76%. Last month win rate dropped to 50%.
PS: Never sell naked calls on high-gamma tech names.
4. What I would like to try next?
The Walmart win boosted my confidence. I plan to keep experimenting with defensive names. Too much concentration in tech; need diversification.
5. What I don't know (welcome feedback from other traders)
AI feedback:
You lack differentiated position-sizing & risk rules across sectors. You apply the same sell-put framework to everything.
Falling short-call win rate, biotech gap risk and no stop-loss on Russell 2000 all stem from this.
My interpretation:
Complex multi-set rule sets are too heavy for me; I would rather spend time with my kids or work overtime. However I do recognize the issue. After NVO, I didn't touch low IV stock puts anymore — their risk-adjusted return is worse than bonds.
