$Western Digital(WDC)$ The analyst follows the stock or the stock follows the analyst? Microsoft got downgraded by nearly every analyst in July and Sept. 26, and now they've started upgrading it after a 40%+ rally in a short span. So are analysts independent, manipulated, or just doing their homework properly? Same will be the case for WDC.
