VIX: The Fallout Will be Consequential

The warning sent on Oct. 15 was timely and accurate. $Cboe Volatility Index(VIX)$ broke over the declining trendline and the consequences will be shown up later next week--not on Mon & Tue, as a rebound is due. However, this break-out smashed a 18-month setup, so the fallout will be consequential.
