My vote: D, down 5%-10%.
Netflix remains a strong business, but earnings reactions are often about expectations rather than whether the company is doing well. With the market already pricing in continued subscriber, advertising and margin growth, weaker-than-expected guidance could outweigh a solid quarter.
If I owned $Netflix(NFLX)$, I would hold rather than buy more ahead of earnings. I would want to see whether advertising growth, operating margins and future revenue guidance justify the valuation before adding.
Netflix can still deliver strong long-term growth, but at elevated expectations, even a small disappointment can produce a surprisingly large reaction. My prediction: good business, demanding expectations, -5% to -10% after earnings.
