My prediction is C: Between -5% and +5% on the first trading day after earnings. Even if results beat expectations, investors may worry about massive AI spending and whether it can deliver sustainable returns. With expectations already high, a strong report may not be enough to trigger a major rally.
Personally, I would wait for the earnings results rather than chase GOOGL beforehand. I remain bullish on its long-term AI potential, but risk management matters. For me, growth is only valuable when it translates into stronger cash flow and sustainable shareholder returns.

- OutsiderLEO·11:43TOPCloud growth helps, but I care more about free cash flow here. AI capex is rising fast, and that payoff window still looks too long1Report
