Bull Case: Why Analysts See Upside

• Explosive Top-Line Demand: CoreWeave is scaling rapidly as a specialized "neocloud" provider renting out high-end Nvidia GPUs for artificial intelligence workloads. Revenue is projected to multiply heavily over the next few years.

• Strategic Backing: Nvidia remains a key proponent and minority shareholder, helping anchor its infrastructure pipeline and ecosystem integration.

• Massive Consensus Price Targets: Despite the harsh sell-off, institutional analysts maintain an average target well over $130, viewing the operational demand for AI compute as structurally intact long-term.

Bear Case: Why the Stock is Under Pressure

• Heavy Debt Overhang & Capital Intensity: CoreWeave relies on massive debt and external financing facilities to fund its heavy data center and GPU procurement cycle. Surging bond yields and high interest expenses (projected in the hundreds of millions per quarter) have triggered a crisis of confidence on Wall Street regarding short-term liquidity and cash burn.

• Negative Free Cash Flow: The company is forecasted to run negative free cash flow for multiple consecutive years before turning positive near 2029.

• Competitive & Concentration Risks: Increased competition from hyperscalers (like Oracle) and shifts in how open-weight models or frontier AI labs deploy infrastructure have left neo-clouds vulnerable to tighter financing conditions.

59 to 134 is the part that stands out to me. If revenue keeps compounding anywhere close to that pace, this gap looks more like distrust than broken demand.
