$Oracle(ORCL)$ The bond and stock offerings came up during the conference discussions last week. The stock offerings are ATM, and Oracle will only offer when needed before 2030. The short attack is still there, though, targeting all data center companies due to the election uncertainty. It should turn around after the election, despite the selloff. I'm not doing options. Buy and hold, no option trading. The reward should be decent when ORCL bounces back.
