🌟🌟🌟Apple $Apple(AAPL)$  secured its top ranking as Singapore's Best Employer for 2 years in a row by excelling in a extensive employee survey conducted by a global research firm in collaboration with The Straits Times and Statista. This survey invited over 14,000 employees from more than 2000 organisations across 27 sectors to evaluate their own and other employers.  Participants provided both direct recommendations by rating their willingness to recommend their own workplace on a 0 to 10 scale and indirect recommendations by endorsing other companies.  With over 380,000 combined recommendations, Apple's impressive average score of 8.68 positioned it at the top of the ranking among 250 eligible compani

It's a good saying , an apple a day keeps the doctor away. So using it helps to prevent going to doctor !! Hahaha 😂. 

It is nice to work for companies that takes good care of their workers.

I find these employer rankings interesting but they should be taken with a pinch of salt. Sometimes companies “encourage” staff to give high ratings in exchange for small perks, which can affect accuracy. It’s still a good reference, just not the full picture. Apple $Apple(AAPL)$ keeping its No.1 spot shows strong branding, while SIA’s $SIA(C6L.SI)$ big comeback is impressive after COVID. Local names like Koufu rising in the ranks also show that homegrown companies are getting more recognition, which is great for Singapore’s job market. Sadly, I don’t have any friends who work in these companies. I would love to know what is so amazing about these companies that allowed them to become best employers. I do know some of the technology companies offer perks such as free meals, games within office, flexible working hours but I think a great employer goes beyond providing all these. There must be something they are doing right to build the desirable work culture. Having been to Apple Store recently, I think it helps that they have sufficient manpower so that their employees don’t feel that they are squeezed dry everyday at work. I think having a brand as a top employer helps attract talent to the company and could be a win-win situation for both parties if the talent can be retained.
