Samsung just posted preliminary Q3 2026 numbers, and they are striking. Operating profit came in at 107.4 trillion won, up 783% year over year, on revenue of 195 trillion won, up 127%. That operating profit figure also beat the analyst consensus estimate of roughly 106.1 trillion won. This marks the fourth consecutive quarter of record operating profit. The main driver here is extraordinary demand for AI infrastructure memory, including high-bandwidth memory and DRAM. For anyone following memory names, this is another notable data point supporting elevated demand and pricing in the space. One thing worth keeping in mind: these are confirmed company-issued preliminary figures. The detailed results, including segment profitability, are scheduled for October 29.
$Uber(UBER)$ is still available below where the CEO bought at roughly $71 and below Nancy Pelosi's $70 entry. Donald Trump was also a Q1 buyer. The CEO just put $10M of his own money into the stock, which is his first open-market purchase since 2022. At 15x earnings, this is one of the cheapest valuations the stock has ever traded at. I don't think the AV disruption concerns around $Alphabet(GOOG)$ and $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ are as serious as they're being made out to be. Uber is the network that robotaxis would need to plug into.
$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ The tape is shaping up like another slow, low-volume session, though this time it's tilting slightly to the upside. It just highlights how random low-volume days can be, though the upside did see a couple more million shares than the downside. At this point the stock is mostly news-driven. It feels like most participants have already positioned themselves and are just waiting for a catalyst. Pretty quiet overall.
$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ For anyone who hasn't noticed, Nvidia's new software has PLTR written all over it. They haven't said how much they're paying, but it should show up in the next earnings report. I've been long for almost 6 years now, so this is good to see.
$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ Funny how my most popular post in a while turned out to be a side note about making a quick Poor Man's Egg Foo Yung with a packet of Ramen Noodles. The shorts might want to take note, they're going to need it.
$Ondas Holdings Inc.(ONDS)$ The upper $7s has turned into a genuine battleground between two large, stubborn forces. Short sellers are fighting hard to keep this under $8.00, with 42% of the float short. If ONDS slips into the $8s or $9s, that starts triggering technical momentum and retail bull breakout indicators. So far hedgers have basically capped the share price by adding to shorts whenever it tries to move. On the other side, long-term fund managers are looking at the exploding defense backlog and the trading value, like buying companies at less than 3x projected 2027 revenue. That is why real investors see the valuation as incredibly cheap. ONDS is sitting in the mid-to-upper $7s with massive algorithmic buy walls absorbing every shar
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Everything looks positive, but then some analyst downgrades show up. I'm still buying more. The Tesla Semi and Optimus event is coming up.
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ China is considering easing restrictions on new chip purchases. Beijing has signaled it may allow Alibaba, ByteDance and others to buy Nvidia's new RTX Pro 5500, per The Information. ByteDance alone is weighing an order for about 1M chips. Key details: Nvidia plans to begin shipments in late December, targeting around 500K chips per quarter for China. ByteDance's potential order alone could take 2 quarters to fill. Buyers plan to put 8 chips per server to run AI models. Price is around 85K-90K yuan, roughly $13K each, similar pricing to Huawei's Ascend 950PR. The RTX Pro 5500 is not one of Nvidia's top data-center AI chips and lacks the high-speed interconnects and premium memory used in those sy
$Ondas Holdings Inc.(ONDS)$ $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ $Lockheed Martin(LMT)$ DZYNE Technologies in Fairfax, Virginia has received a $46,087,217 modification to an existing contract for Operational Assessment of Uncrewed Long-Endurance Tactical Reconnaissance Aircraft. This brings the total cumulative face value to $85,643,057, up from $39,555,840. Work will be performed stateside and at overseas locations, with completion expected by March 26, 2031. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $12,288,390 are being obligated at the time of award.
$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ So, Ash. We got an Uncola after hours, a 7-Up today, and I'm hoping for a third straight day tomorrow. That'd make us the il-Lemon-ati. It's all right there, on the money.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Everyone's watching how it tends to drop back down the next day, so a lot of people are loading up on puts. But this time it might actually keep going.
$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ Why would I sell a stock that has been up in 11 of the past 13 years and is on pace for more gains with 70% growth in 2028? I don't see a reason to give this one up.
$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ PLTR is now trading at 51 times expected free cash flow for 2027, even though Palantir has the highest growth and profit margin across software. At current prices, the stock looks particularly attractive versus peers like Snowflake and CrowdStrike.
$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ Palantir sits on roughly $9.4 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term U.S. Treasury securities. When the Fed raises rates, Treasury yields climb, and instead of watching that cash get eaten by inflation, Palantir generates substantial risk-free interest income simply by holding government securities. That interest income flows straight into net income, which supports overall earnings per share. Higher rates might initially pressure the stock through algorithmic selling of high-multiple software names, but the underlying business becomes more of a fortress. While weaker competitors risk running out of capital or going under, Palantir can use its cash pile to keep inve
