It is similar to what happened with Chinese electric cars, where GM and Ford are protected by keeping China out of the US market.
$Alphabet(GOOG)$ Gasoline could drop below $2 per gallon once the war ends soon after the midterms, and there's talk of a $5,000 payment if the same party stays in control. With that kind of backdrop, it's hard to see why any stock would be down.

One 5-minute candle alone had 4,638 calls hit the ask, carrying about $602K in premium. Only 2 DTE, so this is very short-dated positioning. The heavy ask-side buying in those $227.50 calls stands out.
