BABA isn't located in the U.S. and will be a huge beneficiary of this U.S. pushback that have started delaying existing and future U.S. data center projects. The U.S. will be AI compute capacity restricted soon.

$Alibaba(BABA)$ Alibaba Cloud has switched on its first Brazil cloud region, launching with two availability zones. The company is still in talks with data center providers for between 30MW and 70MW of its AI capacity. So far, Alibaba's contracted capacity covers three sites at 4MW each, according to industry sources.
