$Ondas Holdings Inc.(ONDS)$ $SpaceX(SPCX)$ I was down $84K on paper across these two at one point. Glad I didn't sell out, since I still believe in the long-term thesis here. Lesson number one: don't set stop losses.
$SK hynix(SKHY)$ The market seems worried that the revenue looks too good to be true. But right now the stock is fundamentally undervalued, and I think the upcoming tech earnings will show that. I could see it selling above $200.
$SK hynix(SKHY)$ Some good news here. Capital spending by the big tech hyperscalers is expected to keep climbing. Broadcom recently projected its AI chip revenue would double to $115 billion in 2027, and double again to $230 billion by 2028.
$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ Could be heading quite a bit lower here. It didn't break resistance, and the market still needs to figure out the AI financing constraints. Just waiting patiently for now. If we touch 86-87, it should pick back up.
58 days until buybacks can begin. I would expect 10 million shares bought before the 1/15/26 expiration, unless $Micron Technology(MU)$ announces the expected 10:1 stock split, in which case the buyback would obviously be 100 million shares. It seems the Korean markets sold off because of CXMT. Trust me, they cracked 4F2 memory. Remember, $SK hynix(SKHY)$ figured this out 26+ months ago and hasn't gone into production because of bad yields, high failure, bad ECC, and memory leakage. $SK hynix(SKHY)$ has EUV and better DUV than CXMT. So no, CXMT is not going to be mass producing 4F2 memory. Hope you all sold at the open or stayed in cash.
$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ Closed at 130.16, after finishing last Wednesday at 99.26. That's a 31% move across four sessions, with all of them closing green. The company said Monday morning its at-the-market share sale is now done, so it's no longer issuing new stock into the move.
$Seagate Technology PLC(STX)$ This looks like a classic sell-the-news move without doing your own diligence. WDC and STX make more reliable, superior products than Toshiba. They produce their own hard-drive magnetic heads, only turning to TDK when in-house capacity falls short. Some argue the shortage could stretch to 2030 - 2031. Seagate has already sold out 2027 and most of 2028. Toshiba, on the other hand, depends entirely on TDK for this component. On the timeline, Toshiba was already in talks to buy this TDK division in the spring, only to be outbid by Seagate's better offer in the summer. Up to now, TDK still hasn't made a decision, so this isn't new news. Winning the bid matters far more to Toshiba than to Seagate. Seagate saw a chance
$Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ This is a big deal. RBC pointed to it when they reiterated their $335 PT. Virginia's new Energy Plan puts non-combustion or zero-carbon bridge power first for data centers where near-term capacity is needed, and it explicitly includes fuel cells running on low-carbon fuels. One modeled scenario accounts for up to 5 GW of non-combustion gas capacity.
