硅谷银行英国公司或将破产</b></p><p>英国央行(英格兰银行)发布公告称，打算向法院申请，将硅谷银行英国附属公司(以下简称“SVB UK”)列入银行破产程序。在此期间，该公司将停止付款或接受存款。英格兰银行称，SVB UK在英国的业务有限，没有支持金融系统的关键职能。</p><p>据市场消息，直到10日，SVB UK还表示它是硅谷银行的“独立子公司”，拥有自己的资产负债表和“隔离”基金。但由于恐慌情绪在科技公司和投资者中蔓延，该公司当天被迫申请了18亿英镑的流动资金。</p><p><b>硅谷银行 “多米诺效应” 多上市公司上演逃出生天</b></p><p>在此背景下，SVB事件对国内公司的影响亦受到关注，康方生物、亚盛医药、基石药业等多家公司紧急回应，避免被“误伤”。</p><p>3月12日，康方生物消息，公司关注到，近期美国硅谷银行的相关事件引起了市场较多关注，公司特别声明：自成立以来，公司未曾与美国硅谷银行或其关联公司发生过业务合作，亦从未在美国硅谷银行或其关联公司有任何存款。</p><p>亚盛医药在港交所公告，有鉴于近期美国硅谷银行被勒令关闭的事件，公司特此声明，公司自成立以来未曾与美国硅谷银行或其关联公司发生过业务合作。此外，截止本公告日期，公司未在美国硅谷银行或其关联公司有任何存款。</p><p><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/02616\">基石药业-B</a>晚间公告，截至公告日，公司在SVB设立的营运账户中仅有少量现金结馀。公司在SVB的账户超出FDIC承保金额的部分低于60万美元，且占公司现金、现金等价物及定期存款总额低于0.5%。公司现金及资产配置较为多元化以最大程度降低风险，且聘用大型<a
