battle is underway between growth stocks and value stocks. As we approach the middle of the year, the uncertainty surrounding US stocks is increasing, which has had a huge impact on the style of US stocks, and a battle between growth stocks and value stocks is underway.</p><p>In terms of uncertainty, on the one hand, U.S. monetary and fiscal support may decrease, which will weaken the current economic recovery and put pressure on corporate earnings growth. According to Barclays data, FANMAG currently has an average expected P/E of 29.9 times. This is only slightly higher than about 28 times before the pandemic began in December 2019, and a significant drop from the peak of 40 times in the middle of last year.</p><p>Jason Pride, Chief Investment Officer of Glenmede Private Wealth, believes that the rally in value stocks is not over yet, and value stocks will outperform technology stocks.</p><p>We are still in the process of fundamental recovery, with both economic growth and revenue improving. Our basic assumption is that inflation will eventually stabilize between 2% and 3%, which will benefit value stocks more than growth stocks. Morgan Stanley Asset Management also favors value stocks.
