The Federal Reserve's shift on monetary policy that'll see it get more aggressive with interest rate hikes, coupled with all of the major U.S. indexes pushing into correction territory during the first quarter, has weighed heavily on previously high-flying growth stocks.But there's also good news. Since every crash or correction in the major U.S. indexes throughout history has eventually been erased by a bull market rally, the recent dip in the broader market is the perfect opportunity to put your money to work. If you were to invest $300,000 into the following beaten-down growth stocks, there's a really good chance they can make you a millionaire by 2030, if not sooner.PinterestThe beaten-down growth stock I'm most confident can rally 233% or more over the next eight years for patient investors is social media platform Pinterest ( PINS 0.81% ). Shares of the company have declined 71% from their all-time high.Pinterest was initially viewed as a key COVID-19 pandemic winner. With people forced to stay home during periods of lockdown, many turned to online sites to engage with others and pass the time. This sent Pinterest's monthly active user (MAU) count way up. But with COVID-19 vaccination rates rising and most of the U.S. getting back to some semblance of normal, MAUs have gone in reverse in each of the past three quarters. Without MAU growth, Pinterest's once high-flying share price has been pummeled.However, the shellacking shares have taken is a gift for long-term investors for a variety of reasons. To begin with, Pinterest's historic MAU growth is still within historic norms if you span out four or five years. It's to be expected that the company's active user count would decelerate after pandemic lockdowns caused an abnormally large and unsustainable increase in MAUs.Perhaps more important, declining MAUs in the short term haven't adversely affected Pinterest's ability to monetize its user base. Despite a small year-over-year decline in MAUs in 2021, the company reported a 36% increase in global average revenue per user (ARPU), with ARPU growth of 80% in international markets. These figures clearly show that merchants and advertisers are willing to pay a premium to reach Pinterest's 431 million MAUs.There's also been some concern about how Apple's iOS privacy changes could adversely affect ad-driven platforms. These changes won't even raise an eyebrow for Pinterest. Whereas most social media platforms rely on likes and other data tracking tools to determine what interests their users, the entire premise of Pinterest is for users to post and share the things, places, and services that interest them. Users are effectively allowing advertisers to specifically target them, which should give Pinterest excellent ad-pricing power.Pinterest is quite profitable on a recurring basis and expected by Wall Street to more than double its sales by mid-decade. A $300,000 investment turning into $1 million by 2030 would be a conservative estimate, in my view.NioAnother beaten-down growth stock that can make investors millionaires by the turn of the decade with an initial investment of $300,000 is electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Nio ( NIO 4.18% ). Shares of Nio have tumbled 67% since mid-January 2021.There are three reasons Nio has been taken to the woodshed over the past year or so. First, the auto industry is dealing with serious supply chain issues that are constraining production and/or expansion opportunities. Second, a rising-rate environment places more emphasis on stock valuations, which has clearly weighed on the (for the moment) money-losing Nio. Third, there have been renewed worries about China-based stocks being delisted from the major U.S. exchanges (Nio is headquartered in Shanghai, China).While all three of these are tangible concerns, they're short-term in nature and highly unlikely to disrupt Nio's long-term growth strategy. With virtually all major economies looking to reduce their carbon footprint, EVs are something of a no-brainer/sustainable growth opportunity.What's been really impressive about Nio is the company's production ramp-up in the wake of supply chain challenges. In less than two years, it's gone from delivering fewer than 4,000 EVs in a quarter to more than 25,000. Management believes the company may have a chance to hit 50,000 EV deliveries per month before the year is over.Innovation will also be a key driver for Nio. The company recently introduced its first two sedans, the ET7 and ET5. Buyers who upgrade to the top battery option can get up to 621 miles of range. The ET7 and ET5 are direct competitors to Tesla's Model S and Model 3, but Nio's EVs offer superior range.Don't overlook the company's battery-as-a-service (BaaS) program, either. The BaaS program, which was introduced in August 2020, reduces the initial purchase price of a Nio EV and allows buyers to charge, swap, and upgrade their batteries in the future. Meanwhile, Nio generates a monthly fee from BaaS members and keeps early buyers loyal to the brand.By 2024, Wall Street is forecasting a per-share profit of $2.50 for Nio. Based on its current share price of $22 and lightning-fast growth rate, it looks like a screaming bargain.Teladoc HealthA third beaten-down growth stock that can turn $300,000 into $1 million by 2030 for patient investors is telemedicine giant Teladoc Health ( TDOC 2.27% ). Shares of Teladoc have fallen by more than 75% since hitting an all-time high in February 2021.In somewhat similar fashion to Pinterest, Teladoc Health was initially lauded as a pandemic winner and subsequently pummeled. The reason? Investors have been betting on a substantial growth slowdown in Teladoc with the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic seemingly in the rearview mirror.To build on this point, hindsight has shown that Teladoc's acquisition of leading applied health signals company Livongo in the fourth quarter of 2020 was pricey. Costs associated with this acquisition have ballooned near-term net losses at a time when investors are becoming more critical of company valuations. But neither these higher near-term costs nor concerns about a post-pandemic slowdown should faze long-term investors.Although Teladoc is often praised for its pandemic-related growth, it's important to recognize that this company was growing like wildfire well before COVID-19 spread globally. Between 2013 and 2019, Teladoc averaged... averaged... 74% annual sales growth. This tells investors that Teladoc's virtual visit platform wasn't just in the right place at the right time during the pandemic. Rather, it's the right product/service for a shifting treatment landscape in the U.S.Telehealth looks to be a win up and down the treatment landscape. While not all appointments can be virtual, those that can are often more convenient for patients. Virtual visit platforms also allow physicians to keep better tabs on their chronically ill patients. The end result should be improved patient outcomes and less money out of the pockets of health insurers. You can bet that any product or service that costs health insurers less will be promoted heavily by insurance companies.Investors shouldn't be concerned about higher costs associated with the Livongo acquisition, either. Most of these acquisition-based costs are now in the past, which will allow investors to focus on the positives, such as cross-selling opportunities between Teladoc's and Livongo's platforms. Teladoc's net loss in 2022 should shrink considerably from 2020 and 2021.As a Teladoc shareholder, my expectation is for the company to push to recurring profitability by as soon as 2024. All the while, sustained sales growth should top 20%. That's a recipe for investors to generate a 233% return, if not greater, by 2030.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"TDOC":0.9,"BNTX":0.71}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":5306,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9018150787,"gmtCreate":1649001327956,"gmtModify":1676534434079,"author":{"id":"3581331692871918","authorId":"3581331692871918","name":"beebeeyan","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581331692871918","authorIdStr":"3581331692871918"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"oice","listText":"oice","text":"oice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9018150787","repostId":"2224327711","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":5844,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9011426259,"gmtCreate":1648911755838,"gmtModify":1676534421143,"author":{"id":"3581331692871918","authorId":"3581331692871918","name":"beebeeyan","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581331692871918","authorIdStr":"3581331692871918"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"haha","listText":"haha","text":"haha","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9011426259","repostId":"1123130739","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1123130739","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1648865521,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1123130739?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-04-02 10:12","market":"us","language":"en","title":"7 Blue-Chip Stocks to Buy for April 2022","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1123130739","media":"InvestorPlace","summary":"Nike: Best-of-breed apparel maker and a leader in sports apparel.Alphabet (GOOGL, GOOG): Owns the to","content":"<div>\n<p>Nike: Best-of-breed apparel maker and a leader in sports apparel.Alphabet (GOOGL, GOOG): Owns the top two websites in the world.Apple: Unrivaled business model with its Products and Services ...</p>\n\n<a href=\"https://investorplace.com/2022/04/7-blue-chip-stocks-to-buy-for-april-2022/\">Source Link</a>\n\n</div>\n","source":"lsy1606302653667","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; But not just blue-chip stocks of that era. Instead, I was after future blue chips; And thus, the Future Blue Chips idea had dawned on me.Since then, I have been hunting tomorrow’s shining stars of today, sniffing out the best stocks I can find with strong fundamentals, solid leadership and reasonable valuations.These are long-term, theme-oriented stocks that are relying on high-quality businesses and secular trends. Years ago — perhaps a decade — I would get people that would reach out to me and say, “Hey! These are already well-known companies. Find something new, would ya!”Well, it’s hard to be a future blue chips stock if the company isn’t already a good one. At the time, it included many of the names you see above, minus Nvidia unfortunately. On the plus side, the rest of these companies have continued to deliver the goods. And now, we’re going to go one-by-one through them to see why.Blue-Chip Stocks to Buy: NikeSource: TY Lim / Shutterstock.comOne of the largest apparel companies in the world isNike(NYSE:NKE). It operates a wonderful blend between being a wholesale apparel maker and a high-end athletic retailer. By running its own locations, as well as selling to other retailers, Nike diversifies its revenue and is able to drive incremental margin growth to its bottom line.In a nutshell, it can drive sales at its own locations, while relying on the size of other retailers to generate revenue. But Nike’s real crown jewel is its direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.Referred to by the company as its DTC unit, this business is what allows Nike to drive significant margin expansion. It’s also what allowed the company to recover more quickly than most apparel makers and apparel retailers in the early days of the novel coronavirus pandemic.With its DTC business, Nike can sell right to its customers. In turn, that allows it to build better analytics and improve its target marketing. It also allows it to cut out the middleman. Last quarter,overall revenue increased 4.9%year-over-year (YOY). However, its DTC business climbed 17% on a currency-neutral basis. So, clearly, that’s where the momentum is at.Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL)Source: rvlsoft / Shutterstock.comAlphabet (GOOGL, GOOG) is one of the best companies in the entire market, and there are three simple reasons why: Assets, growth and its balance sheet. Let’s go in that order.The company commands a market capitalization of about $1.9 trillion, so of course, it has many assets. However, its main assets are Google.com and YouTube.com. Not only are these the two most popular websites in the world — akin to owning Boardwalk and Park Place in the gameMonopoly — but they also boast strong growth.That leads us to our second point. In combination with its cloud unit and other divisions, Alphabet continues to churn out impressive growth. Last quarter, revenue climbedmore than 32% YOY. This year, analysts expectsales growth of 16.7%. And for 2023, those estimates sit at 15.6%. Meanwhile, earnings growth forecasts are similar.When it comes to free cash flow, Alphabet generated $67billioninFCF last year. That was up more than 55% from the prior year, while this figure grew more than 35% in each of the prior two years as well.All of this growth is doing just one thing, which is growing the balance sheet. As of its latest quarter, Alphabet has $188 billion in current assets, almost $140 billion of which are in cash and short-term securities. The company also carries $14.8 billion in long-term debt, or a quarter of that when we exclude capitalized leases.Blue-Chip Stocks to Buy: Apple Source: WeDesing / Shutterstock.comI refer to Apple as having one of the best business models in the world. It runs the razor/razor blade model, but at an incredible premium.The razor/razor blade model is premised on the idea of getting the razor into customer’s hands — even if that means giving it away at cost (or less) — so that they will continue to buy razors from you, which is the real money maker.Rather than give away its razors though — in this case, that’s iPhones, iPads, Macs, etc. — Apple charges a hefty premium. They mark these devices up in price to the point where they alone generate an enormous business for Apple.So, what then is the razor blade portion of the business? Services.Last quarter, overall revenue grew 11%, whileServicesrevenuegrew almost 24%YOY. Not only is it outpacing the company’s Products revenue in terms of growth, and overall revenue growth, but Apple’s Services unit is more than twice as profitable as its Products business. And that is the main catalyst that people need to understand.Visa Source: Kikinunchi / Shutterstock.comOutside of the tech space, these next two companies have been some of the best performers over the last decade. Visa and MasterCard run what I like to call a “toll booth” on transactions.There’s a secular trend that’s been underway for years, as consumers transition from cash and check to credit and debit. Additionally, the rise of online and digital sales has only fueled this move, as consumers obviously find it easy to shop.Specifically, with these two businesses, investors have been quick to critique the valuation by pointing out that Visa stock trades at more than 17 times its trailing 12-month revenue. In the past, this valuation has also been an issue.Even during generous market periods, that’s a rich valuation for many growth stocks.However, in those instances, investors aren’t taking profits into account for the growth stocks, because many don’t have any. And in the case of Visa, it’s incredibly profitable.Overall, the company sports gross profit margins of almost 80% and net profit margins of 51.6%. These metrics aren’t back to the pre-pandemic highs just yet, but they are inching in that direction now. Therefore, it makes a great option among the top blue-chip stocks to buy.Blue-Chip Stocks to Buy: MasterCard Source: Alexander Yakimov / Shutterstock.comMasterCard is very similar to Visa. Like the latter, MasterCard also tends to trade at a high price-sales (P/S) ratio. While many will glance at this metric and dismiss these stocks, it’s a foolish way to evaluate them. Admittedly the valuations have crept higher, but from this standpoint, they have almost always been elevated. And yet, investors have reaped enormous rewards by staying long Visa and MasterCard.In fact, 76% of revenue is converted into gross profit and almost half of revenue falls to the bottom line. In turn, MasterCard boasts a net profit margin of 46%. Of course, like Visa, these margins are not back to pre-pandemic levels; But they do continue to climb.Collectively, the major risk to these businesses isn’t digital sales, cryptocurrencies or otherwise. It’s a recession, either globally or domestically. Lower consumer spending will be a big net negative to these stocks specifically since spending is what drives the top and bottom line.NvidiaSource: Hairem / Shutterstock.comAs one of the greatest companies in the market as well, Nvidia caters to multiple end-markets that are enjoying long-term secular growth. Some of those end markets include:Datacenter, cloud computing, supercomputing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, graphics, gaming, autonomous driving and automotive, drones, robotics, the metaverse and more.Moreover, when you look at those markets, it’s pretty clear to see the trends. Do customers want faster computers, better graphics, and more responsive gaming and control (for drones, robotics, autonomous driving)? Do they want faster cloud-based applications and are they generating more data?The answers to these questions all point to more demand for Nvidia’s products In turn, it’s the main reason I believe this firm will eventually command a $1 trillion market cap.Blue-Chip Stocks to Buy: Starbucks Source: Grand Warszawski / Shutterstock.comLast but not least, we have a dominant food- and drinks-based retailer with Starbucks. Aside from routinely landing among the top spots in thePiper Sandlerteen survey, Starbucks remains a go-to “third place” for consumers of all ages.The company may be out of its strong growth days, but Starbucks still generates impressive cash flow and growth. With that in mind, analysts expectabout 13% revenue growth this year, then a steady 8% to 9% growth ineach of the next three years.On the earnings front, analysts expect roughly 18% earnings growth this year, followed by more than 17% growth next year.Furthermore, the recent dip in the stock has driven Starbucks’ dividend yield up above 2%.While it’s not winning many income investors over at that rate, it’s not bad for those of us with a long-term horizon that isn’t necessarily focused solely on dividend income. However, the company has made this yield a priority.Starbucks has grown its dividend for 11 years now, with afive-year average growth rateof about 15.9%. So, clearly, it’s a focus.Thus, as long as the world is drinking coffee, Starbucks will be a winner.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"NVDA":0.9,"AAPL":0.9,"V":0.9,"GOOGL":0.9,"MA":0.9,"NKE":0.9,"GOOG":0.9,"SBUX":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":5069,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9011392190,"gmtCreate":1648815227731,"gmtModify":1676534403205,"author":{"id":"3581331692871918","authorId":"3581331692871918","name":"beebeeyan","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581331692871918","authorIdStr":"3581331692871918"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"gme","listText":"gme","text":"gme","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9011392190","repostId":"1129005546","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":6436,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9013293609,"gmtCreate":1648731731667,"gmtModify":1676534387344,"author":{"id":"3581331692871918","authorId":"3581331692871918","name":"beebeeyan","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581331692871918","authorIdStr":"3581331692871918"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"wa","listText":"wa","text":"wa","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9013293609","repostId":"1167054776","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":6330,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9019438554,"gmtCreate":1648620419494,"gmtModify":1676534366561,"author":{"id":"3581331692871918","authorId":"3581331692871918","name":"beebeeyan","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581331692871918","authorIdStr":"3581331692871918"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"haha","listText":"haha","text":"haha","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9019438554","repostId":"1112401183","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1112401183","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1648610240,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1112401183?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-03-30 11:17","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Sell AMC Stock Into Strength While You Still Can","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1112401183","media":"InvestorPlace","summary":"AMC Entertainment(AMC) stock has climbed back above $30 per share.Chalk the rally up to a resurgence","content":"<div>\n<p>AMC Entertainment(AMC) stock has climbed back above $30 per share.Chalk the rally up to a resurgence of the buzz about AMC and other meme stocks on Reddit.If you own AMC, sell it because its new ...</p>\n\n<a href=\"https://investorplace.com/2022/03/sell-amc-stock-into-strength-while-you-still-can/\">Source Link</a>\n\n</div>\n","source":"lsy1606302653667","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; Yet as with the previous times in recent months that AMC stock has spiked, expect its recent move back above $30 per share to be short-lived.The rally by AMC and the stock market have inspired many meme-stock investors to dive back into AMC. But these new developments do not do much to bolster the stock’s outlook, and a recent investment by the company is hardly the “big deal” that some seem to believe it is.Meanwhile, the resurgence in the bullishness towards AMC stock among investors may not last. Some of the previous uncertainty about the Fed’s rate hikes may be easing. Still, other worries, including the possibility of a recession, may cause stocks to ultimately fall. Such a decline would result in meme plays like AMC falling more quickly than the overall market.That’s particularly true because AMC stock continues to trade at a high premium to its underlying value. Don’t get tricked by its latest move higher. In time, the latest surge will likely prove to be little more than a “dead cat bounce.”Why AMC Stock Has Bounced BackAs I mentioned above, multiple factors are behind AMC’s jump from around $16 to more than $20 per share in recent days. First is the factor that has sparked the most headlines: the company announced that it plans to buy22% ofHycroft Mining Holding Corporation(NASDAQ:HYMC).Secondly, the stock market has performed well since mid-March. The market’s resurgence kicked off following Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell’s latest remarks on the central bank’s rate-hike plans. Clearing up some of the uncertainty, the chairman’s statements have helped to lessen some of the investors’ pessimism towards the market. Unfortunately, both of these factors will only temporarily impact the price of AMC stock.But there are important reasons to believe that the market has not yet bottomed. Specifically, we know for sure that further rate hikes are coming, and that the chances of a recession have risen.If a recession is indeed in the cards, the relief rally will fade, and stocks will move lower. This will likely reverse AMC’s recent gains and quite possibly send it even lower, as a recession isn’t just bad for the stock, but for the company’s business as well.AMC’s Business Continues to Flounder, and the Hycroft Deal Won’t Save the DayA recession would undermine AMC stock in two ways. First, if an economic downturn does occur, the stock market will sink. And as we saw in the first 2.5 months of the year, when the stock market retreats, meme plays like AMC underperform.Additionally, a recession will, of course, mean that the American economy is contracting. During the current economic expansion, robust consumer spending has helped AMC’s business partially recover from the pandemic. Yet with inflation at 40-year highs, consumer spending is already starting to slip,and an economic downturn would cause household spending to decline further.Even worse for AMC, streaming’s popularity could increase further and take more market share from theaters, as more movie fans opt to save money by watching new flicks at home. The resulting impact on AMC’s performance will outweigh the limited gains that it will generate from its Hycroft investment.Speaking of Hycroft, as anotherInvestorPlacecolumnist, Dana Blankenhorn, recently put it, all that glitters is not gold when it comes to this deal. While Hycroft, a junior miner, is sitting on a gold mine (both literally and figuratively), there’s a reason why HYMC stock is a small-cap penny stock.It’s going to take far more cash than AMC’s investment or the proceeds from an at-the-market secondary offering for Hycroft to extract the tens of billions of dollars of hard-to-reach gold and silver that are supposed to be in its northern Nevada mine. A payoff from AMC’s investment in the miner is years away at best and will never arrive at worst.The Takeaway From AMC’s Recent RallyAs I argued back in February, the fair value of AMC is less than $10. And that’s assuming that it continues to deliver results in -line with its Q4 earnings. An economic downturn will push the shares closer to their fair value and lower that fair value as belt-tightening among consumers will stymie its post-virus recovery.So what should investors do with AMC stock after its latest surge? Those who own the shares should exploit the stock’s rally by selling them. And those who don’t own a position in the shares should stay away from them.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AMC":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":8559,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"defaultTab":"following","isTTM":true}
