An online course helped me become more confident in presenting, while time management techniques like Pomodoro improved my productivity. I learned to embrace discomfort, realizing growth comes from facing challenges. Practicing self-compassion also became a priority, helping me manage setbacks better. I want to develop better time management skills to increase my productivity.I’ll start by implementing a daily time-blocking system for my tasks. I’ll use a planner to schedule everything from work to personal activities, and I’ll make sure to assess my productivity every week.
