      Big Movers: Seatrium and SIA Fall, CityDev and Keppel Climb

      Singapore stocks opened mixed on Wednesday (29 July). $SIA(C6L.SI)$ fell more than 4% after reporting its first quarterly loss in four years due to losses associated with Air India and fuel-price volatility.
